J. T. Hairpy is a pandemic baby business. It is the prime example of what can happen when talent has the time and opportunity to grow. While owner Jherlynn Tims was in grad school getting her Masters in Social Work she discovered she had a gift for making wigs. Being quarantined with no hair dresser in sight, she had to maintain her hair on her own. Once Jherlynn started making wigs there was no looking back, she discovered she was even able to repair and revamp them too! As she progresses in her studies a dream emerged, a world where hair and mental health can co-exist. Thus the name J. T. Hairpy was born. Jherlynn dreams of one day being able to offer mental health services while doing hair, offering a type of hair therapy. While that dream is in the works Jherlynn serves in the community as a local therapist and continues to make and repairs wigs for her clients. Fill out our google form below to get your wig today!
